MalaiTech is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how DeVine “Design in Motion” handles your information when you use the App.

DeVine is designed with privacy first:

• We do not collect, store, or transfer your personal data.

• All data remains on your device only.

 

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

MalaiTech does not:

• Collect personal information

• Store user data on servers

• Transmit data outside your device

• Use tracking technologies (cookies, analytics, advertising IDs)

• Use third-party analytics

• Sell or share data with any third party

This means your data never leaves your phone.

 

3. Information Stored on Your Device (Local Only)

The following information may be stored locally on your device only, and only with your permission:

We do not upload, store, or transmit contact information.

 

Documents, Photos and Camera

Used when you attach optional images or Documents to your Design Exploration.
Images and Documents are stored on your device only.

 

4. No Account, No Cloud Storage

DeVine does not require you to create an account.

• There is no login

• There is no cloud sync

• All information remains on the device unless you manually export it

You have full control over your data at all times.

 

5. Data Sharing

Since the App does not collect or transmit data, we do not share information with:

• Advertisers

• Analytics providers

• Third parties

• Government agencies

Your data is yours alone.

 

6. GDPR Compliance

If you are in the European Union, GDPR grants you the right to:

• Access your data

• Correct your data

• Delete your data

• Restrict processing

Since all data stays on your device: You can exercise these rights simply by deleting or modifying the data within the App, or by deleting the App itself. MalaiTech holds no personal data, so GDPR does not require us to process or store any user requests.

 

7. CCPA Compliance

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• We do not sell personal information

• We do not collect personal information

• No opt-out is required because no data is collected

CCPA rights can be exercised by managing your data on your device.

8. Children’s Privacy

DeVine is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If a parent believes their child has entered personal data into the App, deleting the App removes all stored data.

9. Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• Your device’s operating system security

• No external data transmission

MalaiTech has no access to your information.
 

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect App improvements or legal requirements.
Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
