1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Design in Motion, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.

3. Use of the App

The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App or its content.

4. Privacy and Data Storage

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of data are described separately in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All project data within this App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal data or transmit it to external servers.

5. No Account or Cloud Sync

The App does not require user accounts, login credentials, or third-party authentication. It does not automatically sync user data to cloud services. All data remains on the device unless you explicitly export it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including design, features, layout, graphics, and code—is the property of MalaiTech and protected by international copyright laws.

You may not:

Reverse engineer the App
Copy or reuse parts of the App
Attempt unauthorized access to source code
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

7. Changes to the App

MalaiTech may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable for any impact resulting from such changes.

8. Paid Features and Purchases

Certain features may require a one-time purchase (e.g., PDF export, unlimited projects). All purchases are processed through the App Store and subject to Apple’s terms. You agree not to contest legitimate charges made through the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

MalaiTech does not guarantee:

That the App will always function without errors
That the App will meet your specific needs
That data entered will be free from loss in cases of device failure

You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MalaiTech is not liable for:

Financial loss or disputes arising from loan tracking
Errors in user-entered data
Loss of data due to device damage or reset
Damages related to use or inability to use the App
Third-party actions or offline interactions
